Pacha in Ibiza is one of oldest, and most exclusive Nightlubs in Ibiza. It has been there for over 30 years now, and it is fair to sa that it influenced music tasted of at least three generstions of partygoers.

Pacha Ibiza - is located in re-built villa - "vallessa house" hence typical mediterranean rooms, floor tiling, columns, pillars.

Cannot be asked typing all in one go, so will split this one All started in December when I was on the phone with my mate. He must have been after a pint or two, and all of a sudden said – Oi – cheap flights to Ibiza for June… Fancy going ? There could have been only one possible ansewer..

I cannot remember what party we went on Sunday – the day we arrived to Ibiza for the 2nd time that year, But Monday’s Release Yourself was the night I was really looking forward. I could not convince my bird, because she could not associate Roger Sanchez’s name with even one tune she knew (probably because of 2 day long hangover and sun overheating), so we agreed that we went to check him out in Mambo. As the posters advertised Sanchez played at Sunset Strip from 9 o’clock.

Ses salines beach in Ibiza

You can hardly find a n Ibiza Guide book that does not mention Ses Salines. That makes it one of the most famous Ibiza beaches, not without a reason. Celebs mix with locals and tourists here making it full of fun lovin, and glamorous individuals.

I have to admit – Talamanca quite a big one again. It is 900 metres long. I would not say it is a most beautiful one of the island, but is the nearest to Ibiza Town – next to Figueretas. Shallow warm water, that makes the beach perfect for families, can get a bit grotty, especially in the middle of the summer. Close proximity of Aqualandia Water Park is definitely an advantage children. Not many palms to hide in a shadow of, so cover-ups highly recommended.
Talamanca as a resort is a quiet place, and drags attention of those who prefer to avoid all the noise of Ibiza nightlife.

Cala Llonga – complete self-sufficient mini-resort throughout the Summer months. Long and Very wide beach with everything you may possibly need when going for a beach holiday. Very long – nearly 200 metres and quite deep (100 m) makes a lot of space for plenty of sunloungers. Not too much shade – cover-ups necessary.
Cala llonga beach is a beautiful sandy cove and bottom slopes gently into the sea. Shallow waters make it safe for children and windsurfers. Crystal clear and extremely warm – it is Ibiza after all.

Cala Tarida – one of our favourite beaches - Probably the longest one in the western island. It is located in a huge bay of rather shallow waters – very warm most of the time. . Sometimes in the late summer, currents may make it a little bit colder. Bottom is mostly sandy, and you can go quite far out, but deeper and more rocky spots can also be found. Massive rock backdrop shelters the beach behind you, and someone managed to build few restaurants on the hills, so you will never get thirsty or hungry there. Menus will suit every taste and budget.

It is hard to say whether Figueretas is in Ibiza Town or not. Many claim it is a part of a town, since the rest of the coastline belongs to the port. It is a curvy beach in front of many apartments and hotels. It is not very big
Palm promenade extends it both ways – towards Ibiza Town and Playa den Bossa that are literally few minutes walk.
Figueretas beach is only 50 metres long – so it fills up quickly at all times.
As a resort – Figueretas belongs to those more exclusive, even more expensive hotels are fully booked well in advance.

Cala Conte (Cala Comte) beach is very interesting beach. It is placed like “on the corner” Ibiza, down the high rock bluffs, and surrounded by the water from north and west. It is a western most point if the island with couple of tiny quiet bays, with extremely clear crystal blue water. Western side of Cala Conte is an unofficial Ibiza nudist beach, whereas eastern is ideal for family fun, with variety of water attractions. You will not find much of shade there though, so don’t forget something to cover your head.

One of the longest beaches of Ibiza. This is the one you can see on every video-clip from Ibiza. This is the palace where planes fly literally yards above your heads, when landing at Ibiza airport. Extremely crowded during the summer, because Playa den Bossa is most popular resort among the Ibiza clubbers. Rooms in apart-hotels close to the beach have to be booked well in advance. Despite the heat of Mediterranean sun, you will never get thirsty in Playa den Bossa, since over 40 bars can be found there. .
